About This Project
We are currently working on an ongoing project with our client, who has been extending their home. Our specialists in windows in Harpenden supplied two bespoke aluminium lantern roofs and installed them over what will be the client’s brand-new kitchen!
With the addition of two roof lanterns, our client’s new space will now be flooded with natural light, creating a bright, airy and spacious feel. Not only this, but as all of our roof lanterns are equipped with durable double glazing, they also offer additional insulation, preventing wasted heat.
Working closely with our client, we custom-designed their roof lantern to fit seamlessly over their extension. The first, larger lantern of the two, was fitted horizontally to span the entirety of their kitchen, and the second, a slightly smaller design, was slotted neatly into the corner.
As our client opted for aluminium as their material of choice, their lanterns have the potential to last up to 30 years. They will also require little maintenance to remain in immaculate condition, aside from simple cleaning when dust, dirt and grime begin to accumulate.
